Group Booking

To make a group booking, please fill in the following form.

Bookings may also be made by phone on (03) 5352 3357. Our office is not always attended but the phone will redirect to one of our volunteers. Please state that you are calling J Ward.

Group prices

Pre-booked groups are $12.00 per head (minimum $120 per tour). School Bookings are $6 per head. Night Tours are $25 per head or a minimum of $150 per tour. Additional visitors at the door are at the standard prices (see our home page).

Your group

Please leave yourself plenty of time for the tour. An hour and a half provides a good tour, but many want to stay to read more of the exhibits. This said, tours are very flexible and can be tailored to the amount of time you have. It is best to avoid starting booked tours on the hour of scheduled tour times.

Catering

We can cater for a minimum of 20 visitors. Please contact Friends of J Ward Inc for catering requirements and prices including any dietary requirements.
